Preleasing is leasing for future months before we have specific units available. This is a great way to ensure that you have an apartment held for you when you need to move in since any apartments that do come available go very quickly. You can apply and once your application is approved we will send you a lease, the only difference is we will have to let you know your exact apartment within 30-60 days before your move in date.

Our Property Manager will contact you by phone or text within 24 business hours to let you know if you application is approved or if we will need additional information

there is a $50 application fee per adult. If we do not have an apartment available for you we will refund your application fee

you will need a credit score of 600 or above, pass a background check and have proof of income of 3 times your monthly rent.

we can put you on the list for next available or you can prelease for a future month to hold a spot for the next avaiable.

lease terms are 3months to 12months

cats and dogs are welcome with a 4 pet limit

$30/mo per dog and $20/mo per cat. there are no initial pet fees.

water, sewer, internet, trash service and pest control are all included for $39.95/mo

washer and dryer hookups are in all units. washer and dryer sets can be leased for $45/mo.

we do require a security deposit equivalent to 1 month of rent.
